- You get in touch through our form or by email, with your postcode, property type and what is on the walls now. Photos help.
- We call you back, usually within one working day, to talk through the job and book a survey at a time that suits you.
- Free survey. We measure every elevation, tap the walls for hollow areas, find the damp-proof course, check sills, roof overhangs and services, and look for anything that affects planning or Building Regulations.
- Fixed written quotation. One price in writing, naming the render system, preparation, finish, colour, programme and guarantee. Nothing is added later without your agreement.
- Colour and sample panel. Where you want one, we apply a sample of your chosen colour and finish to your own wall before work starts.
- Installation. Scaffold up, preparation, beads and mesh, base coat, primer and finish, applied in the right weather and to the manufacturer's specification.
- Sign-off and guarantee. We walk round with you before the scaffold comes down, put right anything you are not happy with, and hand over your 10-year written workmanship guarantee.
Who does the work
Our rendering team has more than 10 years' experience on homes across Guildford and Surrey, from interwar semis to period cottages, and carries £5 million public liability insurance, including scaffold and working at height. Ask to see the certificate when we survey.

Do I have to accept the quote?
No. The survey and quote are free, with no obligation to go ahead.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. Your written quotation is a fixed price for the work described. If the survey cannot see something, such as hollow render behind paint, the quote says how it will be handled before you agree.
