What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email, phone number if given, property postcode, property type, the service you need and any message. We also receive basic technical data from our hosting provider, such as IP address, for security.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare your quotation and, if you go ahead, carry out and guarantee the work. Our lawful bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and performance of that contract.
Who we share it with
Only with members of our rendering team who need it to survey or carry out your job, and with service providers who help us run the website, forms and email. They act on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless needed for a legal claim.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or to object, and you can withdraw consent. Email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
